Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method.

In most cases, refunds are completed sooner, however processing times can vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

If your refund has not been received within 30 days, our team will contact you directly to provide an update and explain any delays.

Your refund will be processed through the same payment method you used. So either directly to your credit card, or through your Paypal account.
