How do I start my Cordless Grass Trimmer
- Ensure you have charged-up the battery - the charging time varies depending on the model, please check the user manual 'technical data' near back page.
- Align the battery pack with the receptacle on the device. Push the battery pack towards it until you hear click sound. This means the battery pack has been locked in position.
- Hold the product firmly in both hands.
- To switch on the product, push the safety button forward with your thumb, and hold it in place, then press the main switch.
- To switch off, release the main switch.
My Cordless Grass Trimmer is having issues with the speed
- Check vents are not blocked by and dust or dirt.
- Please ensure that you are using the correct line for the model.
- Please check that the line is correctly wound round the spool.
- Please try the additional spool and line that comes with the product.
- Please ensure that you are using the correct line for the trimmer (i.e. diameter of line according to manual specifications: generally, 1.2mm)
- If the problem persists please contact the customer service helpline via livechat or email.

- Please check that the line is correctly wound round the spool.

- Please ensure that you are using it on standard weeds / plant growth, and not thicker, woodier plants.
